Kahn, 42, joins RDA from Time Warner, Inc., where she was Publisher of TIME for Kids after serving as Vice President, Business Strategy for Time Inc. Interactive. In that position, Kahn played a lead business role driving AOL and Time Inc.'s digital integration, including creating a new advertising sales strategy, centralizing infrastructure and technology efforts, and devising content strategies.

"Jodi comes to us with the experience and skills ideal for accelerating our move into digital media," Schrier said. "She will take the lead in identifying and pursuing opportunities for online advertising, potential content partnerships, new digital platforms, eCommerce and affinity marketing. RDA's content is of significant global breadth and depth, and Jodi will help us to leverage these resources beyond print."

Based at the company's headquarters in Pleasantville, N.Y., Kahn will work closely with operating executives across RDA's business units and will lead an integrated strategy that leverages existing business platforms. She will be responsible for developing and launching profitable new digital services to enhance the company's stable of brands. The position that she is assuming at RDA is new.

As Publisher of TIME for Kids for the past three years, Kahn had P&L responsibility for this magazine that reaches 4.4 million students weekly. As Vice President, Business Strategy for Time Inc. Interactive, she integrated 20 Time Inc. web properties into the AOL host environment. Before that, she served as Vice President, Marketing for Time Distribution Services, and directed Time Inc.'s central marketing channels (direct mail, billing, retention, telemarketing and online), managing both traditional and non- traditional marketing. While in this role, in 1998, Kahn launched Time Inc.'s subscription marketing program.

A resident of New York City, Kahn serves on the Board of Directors of the National Children's Museum of Washington, D.C.
